The shams are sewn in the envelope style. There are no buttons, zippers or snaps.
Remember when inserting the pillow into the sham, get the corners of the pillows into the corners of the sham as much as possible. Then shake it up a bit until it fits snuggly/evenly all around. Also make sure the inside flap on the open side is lying straight.
